Early access

Your whole practice,
on your device.

For physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, educational psychologists, and other health professionals: patients, sessions, ICD-11 diagnoses, clinical scales, clinical intelligence, and fees in a single app for iPhone and iPad. Features

Built for actual clinical work

Every feature exists because it is needed in consultation, not to pad a list.

Fees in Argentine pesos, with a CPI reference

Check a suggested CPI (IPC) adjustment for your fees in Argentine pesos, review the amount, and confirm the change. The history keeps previous values.

The lookup is updated; you confirm the price. Payments and prices per session type across currencies.

Clinical intelligence

Priority and risk per patient, trends, and alerts to decide who to look at first. Signals that support your judgment, never replace it.

Full ICD-11, no internet needed

The whole classification comes bundled with the app. You search for a diagnosis and it appears instantly, even with no signal, and what you type is not sent anywhere.

Clinical scales

PHQ-9, PHQ-2, GAD-7, and GAD-2 built in for screening depressive and anxiety symptoms, with scoring and follow-up across administrations.

Document scanning

Scan lab results and consent forms with the camera. The image is kept inside AMD, protected, and never appears in your photo library.

Reminders

Alerts for sessions left incomplete and patients you have not seen in a while. Produced by your own iPhone — they do not arrive from outside.

Scheduling that fits your practice

Organize sessions, assessments, expert evaluations, events, or blocked time with custom types and clash detection. Check Argentine public holidays updated from Argentina.gob.ar. Review reminders by email, SMS, or WhatsApp before sending, with no diagnoses or notes.

Clinical records and notes

Chief complaint, rich-text notes, treatment plan, history, hand-drawn genogram, allergies, and anthropometrics with their history.

Medication

What you prescribed, when, and when you stopped it. The history is recorded so it cannot be altered after the fact. And you build your own list of the drugs you use most.

Documents

Clinical records as PDF, certificates, and your handwritten signature on what you issue. Attach previously issued PDF reports to the session.

Scales

Validated instruments, tied to the record

PHQ-9 and GAD-7, together with their brief versions PHQ-2 and GAD-2, let you record screening for depressive and anxiety symptoms and follow results across administrations. They support clinical assessment; they do not establish a diagnosis on their own. Scales still in preparation are marked as upcoming.

Privacy

What you write about your patients is read by no one else

Almost every clinical app keeps a copy of your data in the cloud of the company that makes it. AMD does not: the clinical record lives on your iPhone and, if you want, in your own iCloud. Neither we nor Apple can open it.

No one holds a copy

There is no database of ours with your patients in it. There is nothing we could open, leak, or lose — simply because we never receive it.

On your device, and your iCloud if you want

Everything is kept on your iPhone or iPad. If you enable iCloud, it is copied to your personal Apple account, in a private space only you use.

No advertising, no tracking

AMD shows no ads, does not log your activity, and hands nothing to other companies. There is no third party in between.

The AI does not send your notes to the internet

The session summary is produced by the iPhone itself with Apple Intelligence. The clinical note does not leave the device for that.

All of this is explained in detail, point by point, in the privacy policy.

FAQ

Common questions

Who is AMD for?

For licensed health professionals: physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, educational psychologists, and other professionals who keep clinical records. Patients do not use the app.

What do I need to use it?

An iPhone or iPad running iOS 26.5 or later. It works best on iOS 27.

How much does it cost?

Early access is free. Once it is on the App Store it will be a one-time purchase of US$ 4.99, with no subscription.

Where is my patients' data stored?

On your iPhone or iPad. If you turn on iCloud, it is copied to your personal Apple account, in a private space only you use. Neither we nor Apple can read it.

What happens if I change phones?

If iCloud is on, the clinical record appears on your new phone once you sign in with your Apple Account.

Do I need an internet connection?

Not to work. The full ICD-11 classification, the scales, and session summaries work offline. You only need internet to sync with your iCloud and to check inflation figures or holidays.

AMD is a tool for recording and organizing clinical practice. It does not diagnose, does not issue therapeutic indications, and does not replace professional judgment. It is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals: patients are not users of the app.

Try it in your practice

We are opening access in batches to a small group of colleagues. It installs directly on your iPhone or iPad, without going through the App Store yet.
